This upcoming year, L.U.C.K is going to be extremely active in Student Activities, raising awareness, offering activities and fundraising for various charities and important issues.

“What’s Your Type?”

 

Laurier’s University Charity Kouncil or better known as L.U.C.K. will be holding an event in the concourse on October 18^th, 2007 from 10am until 2pm for Canadian Blood Services. The event is entitled, “What’s Your Type?” and students will be able to find out all sorts of things about themselves by getting their blood type tested!

 

This upcoming year, L.U.C.K is going to be extremely active in student activities, raising awareness, offering activities, and fundraising for various charities and important issues. The “What's Your Type?” blood typing session is a great opportunity for students to gain some insight on Canadian Blood Services, while learning a little something about themselves.

 

Elizabeth Glenn, an executive at the Blood Donor Clinic is “hoping that this event will encourage more students to donate blood at Laurier University Charity Kouncil's Blood Donor Clinic in March or at their local blood donor clinics."
