As Vice President: Human Resource Development, Neemish oversees that there are fair and equitable hiring practices within WLUSU, both within the volunteer side of the organization as well as the business operations. His department also provides professional development and training to all staff and volunteers, and ensures that there is a safe and healthy work environment for all. Within the Human Resources Department, Neemish manages the Recruitment, Hiring, and Professional Development & Training committees. His objective is to provide WLUSU with the quality and consistent programs that accomplish his departments’ objectives.

Neemish is a 5th year Political Science student with a concentration in International Politics. Through his university career, Neemish has been involved with many different facets of WLUSU He was a Performer in Fashion ’n Motion for two years and acted as Fashion ’n Motion’s Charity Awareness Executive for 2005-2006. Neemish also volunteered within the Recruitment Committee and was an Orientation Week Icebreaker for two years finally acting as a Head Icebreaker in 2006. Neemish has also been involved within Liaison Services as WLU as an Ambassador in 2005-2006 and was Ambassador Coordinator in 2006-2007.
