As Vice President: Student Activities, Laura oversees the programming initiatives on behalf of the Student Activities Department. The Student Activities department is comprised of nine committees that work tirelessly to provide campus-wide programming initiatives for a diverse range of students. The department’s goal is to ‘provide for the needs of students’ by providing events that enhance their on-campus experience. The department’s committees include the A-Team, Orientation Committee, Shinerama, Boar’s Head Dinner, Charity Ball, Winter Carnival, Laurier University Charity Kouncil (L.U.C.K), PIT KRUE, and Fashion N’ Motion.
