FixMyLaurier
FixMyLaurier is your direct link to influence change at Laurier. Tell us what changes you'd like to see, and we'll advocate on your behalf to fix your campus.
HOW DO I SUBMIT FEEDBACK?
On your phone: Text #FML to 75572
On the web: Use the widget at yourstudentsunion.ca
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once you submit your feedback, we'll contact you within 48 hours to let you know we got it. Then we push that feedback out to our network on campus and in the community, to advocate on your behalf. When your feedback helps drive change, we'll text you to let you know.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is my feedback anonymous?
When you send feedback, the only information we collect is your mobile phone number. This is so that we can follow up with you simply and anonymously. We don't have access to any of your other personal information, and will never ask for any other identifying information. However, if you'd like to give us additional information so that we can follow up for more feedback, you are welcome to.
What kind of comments are okay to submit?
Anything from major concerns to minor annoyances are encouraged. Annoyed at yet another long line up? Concerned about safety on campus? Let us know, and be specific so that we can address your concerns.
Is FML only for complaints?
While many of the comments we receive are complaints, we encourage you to send the things you like too. We want to know the things you love about this campus, so that we can help make sure it stays that way.
What are other students submitting? Do other people care about the same things?
Top trends will be posted at @fixmylaurier, for those who want to know what their fellow students care about. You can also read the blog at yourstudentsunion.ca for updates on trends and what we're doing to address your concerns.
Who runs FML?
FixMyLaurier is a service of your Students' Union, under the University Affairs Department. A dedicated team of volunteers from the Internal Affairs Committee receives your comments and ensures they get to the right people.
