Students need to fill out the online form with their request and submit it electronically via www.WLUSU.com.  A member of the Student Food Bank executive team will receive the form and put together a food hamper according to any specific dietary needs and requirements the individual has.  The student will receive an e-mail back within 1-2 days with the location and combination of the locker their hamper will be in as well as the length of time they have to access the locker.  Students are encouraged to send the committee feedback on their hampers so the Food Bank can improve its methods with time.
