The Human Resource Development Department’s sole purpose is to give back to the volunteers and part time staff of the WLUSU and to better Laurier students’ experiences. We plan to achieve this through:

Objective and equitable hiring systems so all students have a fair chance at the 1,000 + positions WLUSU offers.

Offering training and development sessions for volunteers and students alike to be get the chance to gain valuable skills for personal and professional growth

Volunteer Recognition programs which give thanks and appreciation to our 1,300 volunteers who work so hard to provide for the needs of Laurier students.
