What if I do not use the whole amount of the card?
Many retailers will have gift cards which simply store the balance for future use.
However, each retailer has its own change-back policy, so make sure you ask a store
representative before you shop if you are not sure. If your purchases are more than the
amount on your card, you simply pay the difference with any other method convenient to
you (i.e. cash, credit card, debit card).
Do gift cards have an expiry date?
No. Gift cards can no longer legally expire in Ontario.
What happens if a package does not arrive?
Each package is tracked through Purolator Courier. If a package does not arrive please
contact Shop & Support to have your order tracked.
Can I return or exchange gift cards?
If a gift card is defective Shop & Support will replace it without any cost to the customer.
If the wrong card is ordered in error, Shop & Support is happy to exchange it for you but
they do not accept returns.
